Be aware that the "Dispute resolution by binding arbitration" section contains a mandatory arbitration clause and a class action waiver, impacting your rights in disputes with Casino Look Out or others related to your use of the Casino Look Out casino. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement governing your use of Casino Look Out, including any sites where these Terms are posted, and related games, services, and applications, even if accessed via third-party websites (collectively, the "Service"). By using or accessing the Service, you agree to adhere to these Terms and all incorporated terms. If you disagree with these Terms in full, refrain from using the Service.

You must be at least 21 years old to access or use the Service.

The Service is designed solely for entertainment purposes.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Casino Look Out (also referred to as "we"). "Casino Look Out" represents "Casino Look Out" and its Affiliates. "Affiliates," for these Terms, refers to any person or entity that controls, is controlled by, or shares common control with, a party.

Aristrocrat Technologies Inc., along with its Affiliates ("ATI"), is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce Casino Look Out's rights under these Terms independently. It's important to note that ATI (1) is not a signatory to these Terms and bears no liability to you under these Terms; and (2) neither Casino Look Out nor ATI makes any representations or warranties to you, including regarding the content or accuracy of the Service.

1) Accessing Casino Look Out Services

a) The Service is provided under a license agreement, not as a sale. This license does not grant any ownership rights in the Service.

b) Conditional on your acceptance and adherence to these Terms, Casino Look Out grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and revocable limited license to use and display the Service and its related software (except for source or object code) for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you primarily use. You agree to use the Service solely as permitted in this agreement and not to copy or distribute the Service's content beyond the scope allowed here.

c) Casino Look Out retains the right to modify these Terms at any time.

d) Modifications to these Terms will be posted on www.Casino Look Out or within the Service. You agree to 1) regularly check the Service for Term updates and 2) read messages from us regarding the Service. Your continued use of the Service after updates are posted signifies your acceptance of these changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole recourse is to stop using the Service and cancel your account(s). Also, if you access the Service via a social network or download it from platforms like Facebook, you must comply with their terms of service/use in addition to these Terms. It is your responsibility to review and understand all applicable terms.

e) Casino Look Out may at any time, with or without notice, limit, suspend, modify, delete, or discontinue the Service, or change its content, without liability and with no obligation to compensate you for any loss.

f) You agree to abide by any specific rules for applications, forums, or games published within the Service.

g) Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms. Violating these Terms may lead to infringement of Casino Look Out's copyrights and other rights in the Service. Casino Look Out may, at its discretion, restrict, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Casino Look Out is not obligated to provide notice before suspending or terminating your account, but it may do so at its discretion.

h) You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

i) Allowing third parties to access the Service using your account is strictly forbidden.

j) You acknowledge that the games on the Service do not constitute gambling nor offer real money or prizes, and that success in social gaming does not correlate to future success in gambling.

k) You confirm that you have the legal right and authority to use the Service and agree to these Terms.

2) Intellectual Property Rights

a) All materials within the Service, unless stated otherwise, are the property of Casino Look Out, under its control, or licensed to it. They are protected from unauthorized usage by law. The content of the Service, including its entirety, is copyrighted. The Casino Look Out name, logos, and all related game names are trademarks of Casino Look Out or its licensors, and their use requires Casino Look Out's explicit written consent.

b) Usage of the Service, downloading or uploading content to the Service, or purchasing virtual items, does not grant you any ownership rights over any of the content or intellectual property.

c) You commit not to copy, redistribute, publish, or exploit any material from the Service without explicit permission from Casino Look Out, except as specifically permitted in this agreement.

d) All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions ("Ideas") provided to Casino Look Out in connection with the Service usage become the sole property of Casino Look Out. You acknowledge that Casino Look Out may use, sell, exploit, and disclose these Ideas in any manner, without restriction and without compensation to you, unless prohibited by law.

3) Virtual Items

a) The Service might offer the chance to acquire various virtual items, such as virtual currency (sometimes called "virtual coins" or "in-app virtual currency") and virtual in-game items for use within the Service. While you may need to pay to get these virtual items, they can never be exchanged for real-world money, goods, or other monetary value items from Casino Look Out or any other source.

b) The pricing and availability of virtual items are subject to change without prior notice.

c) You hold no ownership rights in virtual items. Apart from a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use virtual items within the Service, you have no rights or titles in any such virtual items in the Service or any attributes associated with the Service's use or stored within the Service.

d) Casino Look Out retains the right to manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at its sole discretion, without liability to you or anyone else.

e) Transfer of virtual items is strictly prohibited. They cannot be transferred, resold, or used for commercial gain in any manner, including any direct sale or auction. Virtual items have no monetary value and are exclusive to the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other values, and any attempt to do so violates these Terms, potentially leading to a lifetime ban from the Service and legal action.

f) You acknowledge that purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms. Virtual items are forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason by Casino Look Out, or if the Service is discontinued.

g) Casino Look Out is not liable for any loss or hacking of virtual items. Casino Look Out may limit or refuse the provision of virtual items without prior notice.

h) You are accountable for all charges incurred, including taxes, through your account. In case of account cancellation, Casino Look Out reserves the right to collect fees incurred before cancellation. Any unpaid accounts must be settled before re-registration with Casino Look Out, which has full authority over repeat registrations.

i) Casino Look Out retains the right to revoke offers and correct any errors or inaccuracies in orders, pricing, advertisements, promotions, or giveaways, even after an order has been submitted and accepted.

4) User-Generated Content

a) The Service may allow you to chat, participate in blogs, message boards, forums, and provide opportunities to create, submit, post, or share content like text, photos, graphics, comments, and other materials (collectively "User Content"). Any content you send to Casino Look Out or through the Service is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

b) You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it on the Service.

c) You affirm and warrant that your User Content is entirely original, that you own all rights to it, and that you have the authority to grant all the licenses and rights in these Terms without causing Casino Look Out to infringe any third-party rights.

d) You grant Casino Look Out an unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, fully-paid, and royalty-free right to use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, sublicense, display, perform, publish, broadcast, modify, make derivative works from, translate, archive, store, or exploit your User Content in any way and through any medium now known or developed in the future.

e) Casino Look Out is not obligated to monitor or enforce intellectual property rights in your User Content but has the right to protect such rights through any means it chooses, including legal actions on your behalf.

f) Casino Look Out may remove, edit, or refuse to exploit User Content without notice and without liability. Casino Look Out reserves the right to treat User Content as per its discretion, except where it exercises editorial control after violations are brought to its attention.

g) You acknowledge that the Service may contain content you find offensive, and you waive any objections to viewing such content.

5) Sharing Content on Other Platforms

a) You're granted a limited, revocable license to post your personal avatar, screen shots from your account in the Service, and other materials as specifically permitted by Casino Look Out on personal or third-party websites, provided they adhere to specified criteria, including non-competition and positive representation of Casino Look Out. Casino Look Out reserves the right to revoke this license and enforce its rights and remedies for any unauthorized use.

b) The following conditions apply to posting your avatar and/or screen shots:

i) A prominent link to the Service's homepage must be included in all permitted uses, including emails to friends.

ii) You agree to include and maintain Casino Look Out's trademark, copyright, and other proprietary notices on all shared content and adhere to any usage guidelines provided by Casino Look Out. Any goodwill generated from the use of Casino Look Out's trademarks inures to Casino Look Out or its licensors, and you agree not to challenge their ownership or use similar trademarks.

6) Service Usage Guidelines

a) Your access to and use of the Service is subject to these Usage Guidelines, which provide examples rather than an exhaustive list, along with any specific rules published within the Service.

b) You agree to lawful use of the Service and ensure your User Content does not:

i) Contain offensive remarks based on race, nationality, gender, sexual preference, or physical attributes;

ii) Include any form of profanity, obscene, indecent, or objectionable content or language;

iii) Defame, mock, disparage, threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse anyone;

iv) Promote or depict violence;

v) Encourage activities perceived as illegal;

vi) Infringe upon any party's rights or promote illegal activity;

vii) Breach these Terms or game-specific conduct rules ("Content Restrictions").

c) Additionally, you will not:

i) Disclose personal information about others, including addresses, phone numbers, or financial details;

ii) Impersonate any person or entity;

iii) Create accounts through automated means or under false pretenses;

iv) Mislead Casino Look Out or other users, especially regarding sensitive information like passwords;

v) Misuse Casino Look Out's support services or file false reports;

vi) Engage in commercial activities, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

vii) Harm Casino Look Out's reputation or the Service;

viii) Violate these Terms, any laws, or third-party rights;

ix) Distribute harmful software like viruses or spyware;

x) Upload materials that disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation;

xi) Copy or adapt the Service's software;

xii) Reverse engineer any part of the Service;

xiii) Use passive or active data collection mechanisms;

xiv) Use automated systems or software to access the Service;

xv) Conceal any Service advertisements;

xvi) Disguise the source of your content or use anonymity tools;

xvii) Circumvent security features of the Service;

xviii) Attempt to sell the Service or virtual items for real money;

xix) Engage in cheating or actions against the Service's spirit.

d) Casino Look Out is not liable for User Content or external sites linked to the games or forums. You agree to indemnify Casino Look Out from any liability related to your use of the Service or User Content.

7) Casino Look Out Rewards Points

The Service offers eligible users the chance to earn rewards points for in-game purchases through Casino Look Out's "Casino Look Out Rewards" loyalty program (details available online). To redeem rewards at participating Casino Look Out locations, you must have an active Casino Look Out Rewards account, possess a Casino Look Out Rewards Card issued by a Casino Look Out property, be eligible for the Casino Look Out Rewards program, and have registered your Casino Look Out Rewards ID with the Service.

You confirm you are at least 21 years old and agree to the Casino Look Out Rewards program rules ("RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR Casino Look Out REWARDS PROGRAM") posted on Casino Look Out's website. You certify you're not excluded from the Casino Look Out Rewards program and other Casino Look Out services.

Eligible Casino Look Out Rewards members who link their accounts can earn points and credits for in-app purchases.

Eligibility requires being over 21, completing the Casino Look Out Rewards sign-up, and not being excluded from gaming or Casino Look Out services. Check with local Casino Look Out Gaming properties for more information.

Eligible players earn 150 Casino Look Out Points per $1 of in-app purchases and 1 Tier Credit for every $5 spent. Different tiers may have varying rewards.

You acknowledge that gameplay in the Service does not result in any real-world rewards and that Casino Look Out may revoke Casino Look Out Rewards Program participation at any time, as outlined in the program rules.

8) Data Privacy and Security

a) By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your data as outlined in Casino Look Out Casino's Privacy Policy.

b) When you create a Casino Look Out account ("Account"), it may include billing details provided to third-party payment processors. You must not share your password or Account, and are responsible for keeping them confidential. Casino Look Out is not liable for unauthorized use of your Account. Notify Casino Look Out immediately if you suspect security breaches at [email protected].

Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Selling or charging others for the right to use your Account, or transferring your Account, is prohibited. You acknowledge that content you submit on the Service is public and non-confidential. You're responsible for your submissions, which must not infringe any rights and should be accurate. Casino Look Out has the right to use and sublicense any content you post on the Service.

Personal information shared publicly within the Service may be visible to others and could result in unwanted contact. Casino Look Out is not responsible for your public communications. You agree to indemnify Casino Look Out for any content you submit.

Content violating third-party rights will be removed at our discretion.

9) Account Responsibilities

a) Access to the Service is granted via various social networks. To use the Service, you must be a registered member of the social network and comply with its policies or terms. When creating an account through a social network for accessing the Service, you commit to providing accurate and complete registration data, and maintaining and updating it to keep it accurate and complete.

b) Users with multiple accounts on a social network must not access the Service from these multiple accounts. If the information you provide is false or incomplete, or if Casino Look Out suspects it to be so, Casino Look Out reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Service and refuse future use. Accounts inactive for 180 consecutive days may be terminated.

10) Resolving Disputes With Other Users

a) We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor and manage disputes between you and other users. In case of disputes with other users, you release Casino Look Out from any claims, demands, and damages arising from such disputes and agree to indemnify Casino Look Out against these.

11) Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

a) The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, either express or implied. Casino Look Out is not liable for uninterrupted or error-free service.

b) Casino Look Out will not be responsible for any damages related to the use or inability to use the Service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of their possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these may not fully apply to you.

Casino Look Out is not liable for conduct of third parties, including other users and external site operators. Casino Look Out does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service.

c) Casino Look Out is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Service.

d) Casino Look Out's liability to you is limited to the amount paid to Casino Look Out in the 90 days before your claim.

e) This section does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be legally excluded or limited by contract.

12) Indemnification

a) You agree to defend and indemnify Casino Look Out for claims arising out of your use of the Service or breach of these Terms. You will be responsible for covering all legal fees and costs.

13) Governing Law and Waiver of Injunctive Relief

a) This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada. Disputes will be handled in state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

b) Casino Look Out is entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in case of your breach, without the need for posting bond or surety.

14) Binding Arbitration for Dispute Resolution

This section requires arbitration for resolving disputes with Casino Look Out, limiting the ways you can seek relief. You waive your rights to bring or participate in class actions against Casino Look Out.

Arbitration is your decision and should not be based solely on this Agreement. You may opt out by following the instructions provided.

You, Casino Look Out, and Casino Look Out parties agree to resolve disputes in individual arbitration. This includes claims related to these Terms and your use of the Service.

Arbitration will follow JAMS rules, as modified by these Terms. The court will determine the applicability of arbitration.

For consumer disputes, you'll only pay a part of the arbitration fees, with Casino Look Out covering the rest.

Arbitration can be conducted in various ways and the arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable.

The arbitration process is confidential, and class relief is waived in arbitration or court.

Certain disputes, like those regarding intellectual property or unauthorized use, are not covered by arbitration.

You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by providing written notice to Casino Look Out.

If any part of this arbitration section is deemed invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

15) Waiver and Severability

a) Casino Look Out's failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms does not imply a waiver of its right to do so later.

b) If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

16) General Provisions

a) Casino Look Out controls the Service from the U.S. Access is limited to permitted jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with local laws where they access the Service. Export of software from the Service is subject to U.S. export controls.

b) These Terms are valid until terminated by either party. You may terminate by destroying all Service-related materials. Casino Look Out may terminate your access for non-compliance with these Terms.

c) Neither trade practice nor conduct modifies these Terms.

d) You cannot assign these Terms without Casino Look Out's consent.

e) These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and Casino Look Out and supersede prior agreements. Only Casino Look Out can modify these Terms on the Service.

f) Illegal or unenforceable provisions of these Terms will be modified to the extent necessary to make them legal and enforceable.

g) No waiver of any breach or default is a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

h) Section headings are for convenience only.

i) You must provide any necessary documentation to Casino Look Out upon request to verify compliance with these Terms.

j) Casino Look Out is not disadvantaged by having drafted these Terms.

k) You waive defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms and the lack of a signature.

17) Time Limit for Claims

You and Casino Look Out agree that any claim related to the Service or these Terms must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.

18) Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Casino Look Out adopts a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and other laws. Notify Casino Look Out's Designated Agent if you believe anything on the Service infringes your copyright, including:

i) Your signature or that of your authorized agent;

ii) Description of the copyrighted work;

iii) Location of the infringing material in the Service;

iv) Your contact information;

v) Statement of good-faith belief in the disputed use's unauthorized nature;

vi) Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
